In rare cases where you receive an item that is:

• Incorrect (wrong item)
• Severely damaged in transit

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and, if eligible, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We are not responsible for:

• Packages returned due to incorrect address entry
• Missing Deliveries
• Customs delays or holds.
